2. Services

True Finish Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services in the Las Vegas metropolitan area. Our services include but are not limited to:

Interior detailing
Exterior detailing
Complete detail packages
Ceramic coating
Paint correction
Add-on services (pet hair removal, headlight restoration, etc.)

3. Booking and Appointments

Scheduling: Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or text message.
Confirmation: All appointments will be confirmed via text or email.
Location Requirements: You must provide a suitable location with access to your vehicle, adequate lighting, and ideally shade or covered parking.
Vehicle Access: Your vehicle must be accessible at the scheduled appointment time.

4. Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Failure to be available at the scheduled time may result in a no-show fee.
Weather: In case of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.

5. Pricing and Payment

Quotes: Prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and services requested. Final pricing may vary based on actual vehicle condition.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods.
Additional Charges: Excessively dirty vehicles, pet hair, or other conditions requiring extra work may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before proceeding.

6. Service Limitations

Please be aware of the following limitations:

We cannot guarantee removal of all stains, scratches, or damage.
Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects are not our responsibility.
Some stains may be permanent due to age, type, or previous treatment.
Results may vary based on vehicle condition and age.

7. Liability

Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose trim, cracked dashboards, or other wear-related issues.
Personal Items: Please remove all personal items and valuables before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property.
Disclosure: Please inform us of any known issues with your vehicle (loose parts, sensitive surfaces, etc.) before service begins.
Maximum Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will work to address your concerns.

9. Photography and Marketing

We may take before and after photos of your vehicle for quality assurance and marketing purposes. Photos will not include license plates or identifying information. If you do not wish to have your vehicle photographed, please inform us before service begins.

10. Service Area

We provide mobile services throughout the Las Vegas metropolitan area, including Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, and surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of True Finish Detailing and is protected by copyright laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
